| The Terrible Secret of Turtle Bay (2/16/2003) The mysterious Otaku Senzuri has his eye on Dr. Venture's latest invention which he plans to show off at a UN symposium. Meanwhile, Hank and Dean find their own adventure on the streets of New York City while the Monarch follows their every step. |

| 1 | Dia de los Dangerous! (8/7/2004) The Venture family are in Tijuana where Doc is giving a lecture at the local community college, the Monarch's latest plan against them leaves Hank and Dean in his clutches and Brock presumed dead. |
| 2 | Careers in Science (8/14/2004) Dr. Venture is called to his father's orbiting space station Gargantua-1 when its "problem" light starts blinking. Brock causes romantic friction between the station's only two crew members, while Hank and Dean are convinced that there is a phantom on board. |
| 3 | Home Insecurity (8/21/2004) While Brock is off on his yearly sabbatical, The Monarch and Baron Ünderbheit launch simultaneous attacks on the Venture Compound and a jealous H.E.L.P.eR. has run away, leaving only Dr. Venture's new security robot to defend the homestead. |
| 4 | The Incredible Mr. Brisby (8/28/2004) An unenthusiastic Dr. Venture takes the family to Brisbyland to do business with global entertainment magnate Roy Brisby. Hank and Dean are kidnapped and inducted into a suburban militant organization bent on taking down Brisby's empire, while Brock is reacquainted with an old flame. |
| 5 | Eeny, Meeny, Miney...Magic! (9/4/2004) Hank and Dean meet Dr. Byron Orpheus, a necromancer who has rented out some space on the Venture Compound. Dean falls head over heels for Orpheus' teenage daughter Triana while Brock and soon the whole family is trapped inside Doc's latest invention. |
| 6 | Ghosts of the Sargasso (9/11/2004) In the middle of the Bermuda Triangle, Dr. Venture tests out his new metasonic locator and accidentally awakens the ghost of a test pilot who died aboard one of Doc's father's experimental aircraft. Meanwhile, the Ventures' hydrofoil is attacked by a gang of fake ghost pirates who've been out at sea a little too long. |

(9/18/2004) with Stephen Colbert Dr. Venture, Pete White and Master Billy Quizboy are invited to Professor Impossible's secret government think tank, but an exposed secret involving the Professor's sequestered family may cost Doc his life. Hank comes into contact with a dangerous Cold War serum which turns him into a human time bomb. |
| 8 | Mid-Life Chrysalis (9/25/2004) When Dr. Venture visits a strip club to regain his faded youth, the Monarch and Dr. Girlfriend set a trap for him. Brock is depressed when he learns that his secret agent license to kill has expired, and Hank and Dean help him study for the renewal exam. |
| 9 | Are You There, God? It's Me, Dean (10/2/2004) The Monarch is forced to put his final victory over the Venture clan on hold when Dean suffers a sharp pain in his "no-nos". |
| 10 | Tag Sale--You're It! (10/9/2004) Dr. Venture holds a yard sale to sell off some of his father's old inventions. Concerned with the merchandise and the clientèle it will attract, Brock brings in some additional security, while the Monarch is itching to wreak a little havoc. |
| 11 | Past Tense (10/16/2004) with Steve Park While attending a funeral for an old college classmate, Dr. Venture, Brock, Pete and Baron Ünderbheit are kidnapped by someone with a twenty-year-old score to settle, and Hank and Dean must call upon the original Team Venture to rescue them. |
| 12 | The Trial of the Monarch (10/23/2004) Brock suspects that the Guild of Calamitous Intent is up to something as the Monarch stands trial for events resulting from his breaking up with Dr. Girlfriend. |
| 13 | Return to Spider-Skull Island (10/30/2004) The truth behind Dr. Venture's recurring nightmares is revealed at last when he is rushed to the hospital for sudden pains in his stomach. Thinking that Doc is pregnant, Hank and Dean run away from home in a fit of jealousy and wind up in the Monarch's "scared straight" program at the local jail. |

| 14 | Powerless in the Face of Death (6/25/2006) Life goes on in the aftermath of Hank and Dean's untimely deaths. Dr. Venture does some soul-searching, a guilt-ridden Dr. Orpheus attempts to revive the boys' souls, and the Monarch plans a jailbreak. |
| 15 | Hate Floats (7/2/2006) Fresh out of prison and with a gang of newly recruited henchmen, the Monarch rebuilds his criminal empire and tries to get back with Dr. Girlfriend. Dr. Venture and Brock take the reborn Hank and Dean shopping for speedsuits. |
| 16 | Assassinanny 911 (7/9/2006) Brock is called away from "Operation Rusty's Blanket" when his old mentor, OSI agent Colonel Hunter Gathers, goes rogue with a head full of government secrets. A reluctant Molotov Cocktease is put in charge of the Venture Compound in his absence. |
| 17 | Escape to the House of Mummies, Part II (7/16/2006) The Venture family are in the clutches of a time-traveling Egyptian cult. Dr. Venture manages to escape back to his lab, but he quickly forgets to form a rescue plan when Dr. Orpheus challenges him to a shrinking contest. |
| 18 | Twenty Years to Midnight (8/6/2006) with Stephen Colbert During the Venture Compound's annual spring cleaning, an old videotape left behind by Jonas, Sr. leads everyone on an around-the-world search for the pieces of a mysterious device, with the fate of the world hanging in the balance and the obnoxious Grand Galactic Inquisitor watching their every move. |

(8/13/2006) While the Venture boys are on a double date with Triana and a friend of hers, Phantom Limb and Dr. Girlfriend double date with the Monarch and a woman he met on the Internet to discuss his reentry into the Guild. A battle of bragging rights between the supervillains leaves the entire Venture family marked for death. |
| 20 | Love-Bheits (8/20/2006) As the Ventures are returning home from a costume party, the X-1 is forced down by Baron Ünderbheit and crashes in Ünderland. While the Baron arranges to marry Dean (whose Princess Leia costume has given him the wrong impression), the others must stop the wedding with the help of an underground resistance movement. |
| 21 | Fallen Arches (8/27/2006) The Guild has finally approved Dr. Orpheus' request for his very own archenemy, but in order to get one he'll need to re-assemble his old team, the Order of the Triad, in time for the interviews. Dr. Venture sees his window of opportunity to show off his new Walking Eye to the public. |
| 22 | Guess Who's Coming to State Dinner? (9/3/2006) When Gargantua-1 finally falls to Earth and lands on top of a terrorist cell, Colonel Bud Manstrong becomes a national hero, and he and the Venture clan are invited to dinner at the White House in his honor. But is all this part of a plot by Bud's mother to assassinate the President, as the ghost of Abraham Lincoln says? |
| 23 | I Know Why the Caged Bird Kills (9/10/2006) The Monarch hires a new number two, the deadly diplomat Dr. Henry Killinger, but Henchman 21 is suspicious of him and his "magic murder bag." Dr. Venture asks Dr. Orpheus to exorcise a demon he picked up on his trip to Japan, while Hank and Dean are kidnapped by a woman from Doc's past. |

(10/1/2006) Dr. Venture reaches new heights of superscience when he successfully brings one of the Monarch's dead henchmen back to life, while a group of washed-up teenage sleuths find something far more sinister afoot on the compound.
