The Gekko's escape route is cut off when the Bellforest airport is immediately shut down by the United Federation Forces. Holland and Eureka must return to help them, while Renton must finally make a decision.
4	Watermelon	5/6/2006
Renton's been on the Gekko for several days now, and nobody's done any lifting--because they're flat broke. Their only choice to earn some money is to carry out a smuggling job which involves flying over a military base.

Renton tries to find his place on the Gekko, but he can't seem to do anything right--plus he isn't getting anywhere with Eureka--while Talho blackmails him into carrying her bags during a day of shopping.
6	Childhood	5/20/2006
Eureka's three "children" Maurice, Maeter and Linck have declared war on Renton and have been playing nasty pranks on him. But when one of their stunts goes too far, Renton covers for them by taking them out on the Nirvash...dangerously close to a Federation air force base.
7	Absolute Defeat	5/27/2006
The Sage Council brings in a notorious man from their past when a squadron of KLFs is wiped out by an unknown enemy. Meanwhile, the crew of the Gekko send an enthusiastic Renton out on a "special mission."
8	Glorious Brilliance	6/3/2006
Renton is happy to have made the cover of the Gekkostate's "ray=out" magazine. Later, while he accompanies Eureka and the kids on a shopping trip, they meet a old woman named Tiptory, an alleged anti-government agitator whom the Gekkostate have been hired to capture.
9	Paper Moon Shine	6/10/2006
The Gekkostate give Tiptory a ride to Ciudades del Cielo, a ruined city in the holy land of the Voderac. Renton runs off when Holland punches him for seemingly no reason, and when Eureka is sent to look for him, he wonders why she is not welcomed by the locals and learns something horrifying about her past.
10	Higher Than The Sun	6/17/2006
A tectonic shift on the other side of the planet unleashes a massive amount of Trapar waves--the perfect place for the Gekkostate to do some lifting. The Gekko makes a jump outside the atmosphere to get there, and arrives at an abandoned military base that brings back bad memories for Holland and Talho.
11	Into The Nature	6/24/2006
Eureka hasn't been feeling well ever since she noticed her link with the Nirvash was changing. The Gekko detects a phenomenon known as a Coralion, and despite her condition, Eureka sets out on the Nirvash with a confused Renton to check it out. At the center of this event is another Nirvash--Type TheEND--which ruthlessly attacks the type Zero.

As the Gekkostate does battle with the military ship Izumo, an unconscious Renton encounters Eureka and Anemone in a dream-like world as both LFOs are drawn into the eye of the Coralion.
13	The Beginning	7/8/2006
After making it out of the Coralion Zone, Renton is concerned when Eureka's condition worsens. Dominic arrives to pick up Anemone, in a similar state, and the boys are forced to travel together to the nearest town to find some medicine.

The Gekko is heavily damaged after the battle with the Izumo, while Eureka is making a speedy recovery. Stoner records his own theories on what a Coralion is, and Dominic ponders recent events surrounding the Nirvash typeZERO and its pilots.
15	Human Behavior	7/22/2006
Renton visits the town of Contorado, a place from his childhood, with Eureka and Matthieu to collect some fruit. They visit with Renton's uncle and his army buddies, hiding the fact that they are part of the Gekkostate, now wanted criminals. Renton's happy memories are shattered, however, when an army of Federation soldiers arrive.

The Gekko flies to an old archeological site to hide from the military while making repairs. While concerned about Eureka's condition, Renton's confusion causes him to speak out of line to her. While he is taken along to find resources, he comes across a strange house deep inside the cave, around the same time Eureka falls asleep aboard the Gekko...
17	Sky Rock Gate	8/19/2006
The Gekkostate need new reflection film to complete repairs, and Renton doesn't know what to do to get back on normal terms with Eureka. The crew visit the disillusioned son of a film craftsman and help him catch the skyfish needed to make the film.
18	Ill Communication	8/26/2006
The Gekko has set down in a mine where they meet an eager old digger named Breetani. He and Renton hit it off really well as Breetani shows him around the caves, but when the old man sees the Nirvash, Renton is not prepared for what happens next.
19	Acperience-2	9/2/2006
The threat of an oncoming military fleet forces the Gekkostate to retreat inside the cave. Eureka hasn't been feeling well lately, possibly because of her being in such close proximity to the mines. When she removes the Amita drive from the Nirvash, it takes off deep into the caves with her inside it, and Renton goes after her.
20	Substance Abuse	9/9/2006
After being absorbed by a Scub, Eureka is placed under quarantine and Renton is forbidden to fly the Nirvash. When a headstrong Holland must rescue a Voderac priest from a military prison in hopes of treating Eureka, Renton, despite accusing him of only caring about money, sets out to help when the operation turns sour, while his angst and frustration come to a boil.
21	Runaway	9/16/2006
Renton is still horrified by the events of the last battle, and nobody on the Gekko seems to care. Guilt-ridden and confused from having killed so many people in the Nirvash without even knowing it, he sneaks in to see Eureka for some encouragement, but she inadvertently delivers the final crushing blow.
22	Crackpot	9/23/2006
Renton has run away from the Gekkostate. He wanders around aimlessly until he is picked up by Charles and Ray Beams, two mercenaries who take him home and love him like a son. Back on the Gekko, nobody has the heart to tell Eureka that Renton is gone.
23	Differentia	9/30/2006
Eureka has made a full recovery, and Holland is forced to break the news to her when she starts asking where Renton is. Meanwhile, Charles and Ray are hired to escort a sick Voderac girl to her final resting place. Refusing to give up on her, Renton takes her to a hospital instead, but after recent acts of terrorism nobody will treat her.
24	Paradise Lost	10/7/2006
Eureka misses Renton greatly and has even taken over some of his duties on the Gekko. Renton is enjoying his new life with Charles and Ray, who now insist he call them "Papa" and "Mama", until a joy ride aboard Charles' Spearhead reveals something he refuses to believe.
25	World's End Garden	10/14/2006
Renton decides to leave Charles and Ray and return to Eureka. On his way out, he collapses from exhaustion and wakes up in the cottage of a farmer whose wife has desperation disease. Holland promises Eureka that he will search for Renton, as her feelings for him come to a head.
26	Morning Glory	10/21/2006
When a military fleet forces Holland to cut his search for Renton short, a desperate Eureka takes matters in her own hands and leaves the Gekko to search for him herself...moments before Renton arrives looking for her!

A vengeful Ray, depressed beyond all reason, launches the Spearheads and the Swan for a kamikaze attack on the Gekko. Renton, still shaken from witnessing Charles' death, learns of his and Ray's connection with Holland and Eureka.
29	Keep on Movin'	11/11/2006
Renton takes his mind off Charles and Ray's deaths by giving the Gekko a good sprucing up. Eureka joins him, and soon the whole crew catches the cleaning bug. Dominic, who is in Bellforest looking for information on the pilot of the typeZero, runs into Axel when his motorbike needs repairs.
30	Change of Life	11/18/2006
The Gekko stops at a military laboratory in Tresoir for repairs, and to upgrade the Nirvash archetype. Renton learns more about Eureka, his grandfather and the typeZero, while Talho decides to change herself.
31	Animal Attack	11/25/2006
As the Nirvash's re-design continues as planned, a visit from Dr. Greg "Bear" Eagan explains why it's been acting up lately. Meanwhile, Colonel Dewey and his new Ageha Squad test their new anti-Coralion weapon just outside Tresoir, with gruesome repercussions.
32	Start It Up	12/2/2006
Eureka feels guilty for the lives lost in the Coralion counterstrike resulting from Dewey's weapons test as the Gekkostate answers a distress call from a group of survivors. Back in Bellforest, Axel has finished the Nirvash's new refboard and must evade the military to deliver it to the typeZero.
33	Pacific State	12/9/2006
After finding no survivors from Dewey's next weapons test, the Gekkostate's next move is to assault the capital and rescue Master Norb, a Voderac priest who has until recently gone into seclusion. Renton wants to make some happy memories with Eureka to take her mind off the devastation, and Talho decides that everyone could use a break at a popular lifting spot.
34	Inner Flight	12/16/2006
As the Gekko heads for the capital, Holland talks to Renton about how he and Eureka first met, as well as his first encounter with Master Norb. At the capital, Norb tries to convince Dewey to stop his plans to destroy the Coralions.
35	Astral Apache	1/6/2007
The Gekkostate arrive at the capital and set their plan to rescue Norb in motion. A worried Eureka, unwilling to take any more lives, retreats with Renton in the Nirvash. Talho uses her old intelligence contacts to pinpoint Norb's location, and Holland finally arrives to come face-to-face with Dewey.
36	Fantasia	1/13/2007
Norb informs Holland that they must hurry to the Great Wall, and they must ensure Renton and Eureka's feelings for each other are strong for their plan to succeed. Eureka sees Renton buff out a scratch on the Nirvash which inspires her to use makeup to look pretty for him, while Holland takes Renton aside and tells him about his first love--a girl named Diane Thurston.
37	Raise Your Hand	1/20/2007
Stoner records a discussion with Mischa, Dr. Bear and Norb about the religious and scientific viewpoints regarding Coralions and the Limit of Questions. But before he can distribute it, Dewey puts on a show of his own for the public, blaming the Sages for remaining idle while the Coralions slaughter entire cities, and using Adrock Thurston's name to promote his new Ageha Squad.
38	Date of Birth	1/27/2007
Renton is upset that Eureka never told him she knew his father, and the two of them have a communications breakdown leaving everyone on the Gekko to draw their own wild conclusions.
39	Join the Future	2/3/2007
To prepare Renton and Eureka for their journey over the Great Wall, Norb has a reluctant Gekkostate play a seemingly pointless game of soccer.

Season Four

The Gekko arrives at the Vodera shrine, and Master Norb instructs that they must take Renton and Eureka inside to meet with a girl named Sakuya before they can pass the Great Wall. Meanwhile, Dewey sends Anemone's LFO squadron to attack the shrine.
41	Acperience-3	2/17/2007
As the Gekkostate hold off the soldier monks, and with Dewey's attack imminent, Eureka enters Sakuya's bedroom deep within the Vodera shrine as she and Renton learn of how Norb and Sakuya fell in love and attempted to cross the Great Wall.
42	Star Dancer	2/24/2007
Dewey's Ageha Squad launches an Orange missile at the Vodera shrine, summoning a Kute-class Coralion and a swarm of antibodies. Norb and Sakuya must hurry to create the doorway to take Renton, Eureka and the children over the Great Wall, as the Gekko covers them and with Anemone in theEND hot on their tail.
43	The Sunshine Underground	3/3/2007
The Nirvash arrives at the fabled "Promised Land", but nobody has any idea where they are or what to do next. A despondent Anemone is taken to Dewey's New Year's ball, while Dominic is sent to Warsaw to select a new pilot for theEND.
44	It's All In The Mind	3/10/2007
Dominic arrives at Warsaw to find a new pilot to replace Anemone, and discovers a facility performing experiments on young girls with desperation disease. Meanwhile, the stress is taking its toll on Renton and the others, while Eureka is slowly starting to change.
45	Don't You Want Me?	3/17/2007
The Izumo has been given orders to capture the Gekkostate at the Tresoir facility, but when they arrive, Captain Jurgens and Dominic ask about Dr. Bear's statements on the Scub Corals and Colonel Dewey's plans. Meanwhile, Eureka runs off into the woods, afraid to confront Renton and the children about her new transformation.
46	Planet Rock	3/24/2007
Renton falls ill from self-inflicted inuries, and as the others tend to his fever in the middle of a rainstorm, Eureka's transformation continues. Despite strong hostilities, the Izumo has declared a temporary cease-fire with the Gekkostate to join the fight against Dewey, who has finally found the Scub Coral control cluster.
47	Acperience-4	4/7/2007
Renton, Eureka and the children have found the control cluster. Inside, Renton is reunited with his sister Diane, who tells him the history of the Earth and the Scub Corals.
48	Ballet Mécanique	4/14/2007
Dewey fires the Oratorio No. 8 orbital laser directly at the control cluster, and sends Anemone down in theEND to pinpoint the target for a second shot before the resulting hole repairs itself. Aware that it's a suicide mission, Anemone no longer cares, feeling more worthless than ever, while Dominic must race to the scene to save the girl he has fallen in love with.
49	Shout To The Top!	4/21/2007
Dewey has destroyed the control cluster, and as debris rains down on the towers on the surface below, he has now set his sights on the badly-damaged typeZero. The Gekko flies in to save them, and Holland faces off against Dewey in the cockpit of his own battleship. But Dewey has one last trick up his sleeve...
50	Wish Upon a Star	4/28/2007
Eureka, in the wake of Dewey's death, has become the new control cluster, and once inside, Dewey had planned to use her to program the Scub Corals to self-destruct. All hope seems lost as the Nirvash won't respond and there are antibody Coralions all over the place...but the Limit of Questions has not been reached. The Gekkostate set off on one last mission, as Renton finds Eureka inside the control cluster and the Second Summer of Love begins.
